DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS OUTSIDE THE US?

 

We sure do!

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

Orders typically ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please note that orders ahead of you, lead time, made-to-order status, and my current medical issues can all affect ship dates. 

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

WHAT IS KALMA’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER? Oh no! Please contact me at shopkalma@icloud.com to arrange a replacement or refund depending on what is appropriate for the situation.

IS YOUR ORDER MISSING, OR DID IT ARRIVE DAMAGED? All orders (except sticker only orders) have tracking included, and you can now upgrade your shipping on sticker-only orders to receive tracking.  I do my best to package items carefully and securely. I cannot be responsible for what happens to your package after I ship it and release it to the USPS. At the same time, I do care about you and your experience with KALMA! Please contact me at shopkalma@icloud.com so that we can discuss the best solution.

IS YOUR ITEM CUSTOM? If it is custom made for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

IS YOUR ITEM THE WRONG SIZE? Please contact me at shopkalma@icloud.com and we can arrange an exchange. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping.
